State Based Mid-Year Conference Reunions
In each state and territory, NAAUC Members will be invited to participate in a National Conference reunion event, free-of-charge. Delegates from the previous National Conference come together and reflect on their college journeys post-conference.
These events combine an opportunity for past delegates to reconnect, with important reflection opportunities on the unexpected challenges they have faced and how they have implemented their learnings from the National Conference.
Members Only Networking Events
Members in each state and territory are invited to attend networking events, free-of-charge. These events are unique opportunities for students to engage in what NAAUC does best - peer learning. Connections built individuals and colleges at these events facilitate the spread of best practice and excellence within college communities. Attendees also have the opportunity to hear from speakers on interesting topics and leadership development.
They also provide a chance for student leaders to let off steam and attend an event they don't have to worry about running!
The NAAUC Members Forum
Held within the NAAUC National Conference, delegates from member colleges are invited to attend the NAAUC members forum.
At the forum, members will be granted an opportunity to shape the discussion surrounding the growth of colleges across the country.
The members forum provides members with a unique opportunity to maximise the benefits of the conference, and drive their college towards excellence.
The National Association Annual General Meeting
Member colleges are invited to attend the Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) as voting members.
At the meeting, members discuss pertinent issues in University Colleges, vote on the structure and the work of the Association, and select the Association’s executive committee.
The AGM provides members with the opportunity to shape the future of NAAUC and Colleges across the country.

Ongoing Support For Your College
Not only will students be connected to their counterparts across their states and the country, both physically and virtually, student teams will receive quarterly check-ins with NAAUC team members.
At check-ins, the NAAUC team will help leaders to reflect on their goals, their progress, and how they can best make a positive impact on their college.
Consultations Free-Of-Charge
Member colleges have access to free-of-charge consultations with the NAAUC team at any time. These consultations provide assistance to members as they navigate arising challenges.
Consultations take many forms, the NAAUC team is committed to providing timely, appropriate and effective assistance where possible, and the NAAUC team will find a consultation option that works for you.

Student leaders from member residences can join NAAUC’s online discussion forums, where they can share ideas about student leadership, learn from their peers across the country, and hear from NAAUC team members about relevant topics.
Leaders can also use this platform to ask questions and look for advice from colleges around the nation.

National Conference Scholarships
NAAUC’s scholarships and bursaries program support colleges and individuals to attend the National Conference by covering the costs of the National Conference ticket, and in some cases, the cost of travel.
NAAUC members have access to apply for the members scholarship, awarded for excellence.
NAAUC Awards
The NAAUC awards programs recognise the achievement of colleges, communities, leadership teams, and individuals as they work to build and evolve the best residential communities in the nation.
Member colleges are eligible to nominate for awards, receive awards, and get recognised for their outstanding work on the national stage.
Members have access to NAAUC’s sponsorships and partnerships network, and can request to be put in touch at any time.
Members can also get recommendations from the Association about service providers from across the nation.

BECOME A NAAUC MEMBER
To become a member, fill out the form below to begin the membership induction process.
How Membership Works
A NAAUC Membership provides all staff and each resident at your college with the right to access the benefits of membership.
All current residents and staff of member residences are associate members of the Association.
NAAUC Memberships cost $960 per annum.
All NAAUC memberships expire on the 31st of March. Colleges which renew their memberships in the month of April recieve a discount.
Partial fees shall be appled to residences purchasing a membership of less than 12 months. If a membership is purchased after August 31st of any year, colleges will be required to additionally purchase a membership for the following year.
All members must complete the following tasks in order to access membership benefits:
Fill out a survey providing NAAUC with the contact details for key staff and students at your college.
Complete in full NAAUC’s annual members survey.
Provide NAAUC with a high resolution copy of your college’s logo, as well as a short blurb about your residence.
Complete NAAUC membership induction.
Payment in full of the membership fee.
