Vice President (Development)
Chelsea Moor
Chelsea is the NAAUC Vice President of Development for 2025. She completed three years of residency at The Women’s College within the University of Queensland where she was a Resident Assistant. She will be finishing her Masters of Secondary Teaching at the Queensland University of Technology this year. Additionally, Chelsea has a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Public Health) from the University of Queensland. Hence, she has a strong interest in promoting positive mental health and reducing harm caused by alcohol and other drugs within residences. Chelsea was a delegate at the 2022 NAAUC National Conference, on the NAAUC Working Party in 2023, and Secretary in 2024. Through this experience, she found her passion for bringing positive cultural change to residences throughout Australia and she is excited to continue to foster this passion in 2025.

The Vice President (Development) is responsible for overseeing growth projects the organisation is pursuing, as well as the management of NAAUC’s varied programs and offerings. The Vice President (Development) manages NAAUC’s Working Party, and directs them to take on exciting new projects to enhance the organisation, as well as the delegation of tasks related to different portfolios. The Vice President (Development), along with the Working Party, also manages NAAUC’s membership offering, as well as the maintenance and growth of NAAUC’s partnerships and sponsorships network.
