NSW State Representative
Rhea Lukose
Rhea is a post-grad student in her sixth year at Robert Menzies College, Sydney. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education with a major in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University. Rhea was a Residential Advisor for two years (2021 and 2022) and was also part of the NAAUC 2023 team as a Working Party Member. Through these experiences, she realised her passion for investing in people and helping them grow to discover their leadership potential. Rhea’s passion for student leadership, positive role-modelling and supporting young adults within colleges motivated her to continue to be a part of the NAAUC team in 2024. As the NSW State Rep, Rhea is looking forward to creating new opportunities for NSW colleges to communicate with each other and lay a foundation for better intercollegiate relationships within her state. Additionally, she aims to provide a platform where young leaders at residential colleges can feel inspired to foster change and development within themselves and their college environments.
